Hailey Pieruccini is a Clinical Mental Health Intern who approaches therapy with presence, patience, and genuine curiosity about each client’s lived experience. Her work is grounded in humanistic, trauma-informed, and somatic perspectives, shaped by her background in community mental health and addiction services, as well as her experience as a yoga instructor. These influences inform her belief in body-based, nervous-system-focused healing and the importance of attunement and connection in the therapeutic process.
Hailey also draws from Child-Centered Play Therapy principles, influenced by her time as a children’s ski instructor, emphasizing safety, choice, creativity, and the healing power of relationship. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and views clients as the experts of their own lives. Therapy with Hailey is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and paced with respect for each client’s nervous system and readiness for change.
Her approach integrates person-centered and attachment-based frameworks with somatic trauma-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT skills, narrative therapy, and play- and art-based interventions. Hailey believes healing occurs when clients feel deeply seen, accepted, and trusted, and she prioritizes emotional safety, cultural humility, and authenticity in her work. Clients can expect a grounded, supportive space where all parts of themselves are welcome and growth unfolds at a sustainable pace.
