Welcome—I’m Colleen Nelson, Licensed Professional Counselor and Founder of Root & Rise Collective. I started this practice with a vision: to create a space where both clients and clinicians can experience meaningful support. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care—including EMDR, somatic therapy, family transitions, and adolescent mental health—I work with individuals navigating divorce, parenting challenges, school-related anxiety, and identity shifts.
