As a therapist with Root & Rise Collective, Rebecca is passionate about helping adults reconnect with themselves during seasons of change, uncertainty, and growth. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, grief, career transitions, chronic illness, questions around identity, or simply feeling disconnected from the life they want to live, she believes therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Rebecca believes meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, she works with clients to build on their existing strengths, reconnect with their resilience, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values and aspirations.
Rebecca’s work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, helping clients better understand the stories they carry about themselves and the world around them. She also integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered, strengths-based, feminist, and Adlerian approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to supporting anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, Rebecca has specialized training in career counseling. Whether clients are considering a career change, returning to work, questioning their next chapter, or preparing for retirement, she enjoys helping them identify their strengths, clarify their values, and confidently move toward work and lives that feel meaningful.
Rebecca deeply values creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. She believes each client already possesses the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges, and her role is to help them reconnect with those strengths. Together, she and her clients approach life’s challenges with honesty, curiosity, and compassion while celebrating growth along the way.
