Therapist for Adolescents and Adults Seeking Clarity, Connection, and Meaning

Kassandra walks alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate their unique path toward healing and growth. Kassandra’s goal is to create a space where clients can slow down, feel genuinely understood, and begin gently untangling what may be holding them back. She is passionate about helping individuals deepen their self-understanding while building practical tools to live fuller and more meaningful lives—lives rooted in connection, clarity, and self-compassion.

Kassandra draws from several evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and restructure unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and practical coping skills. She also integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster psychological flexibility and values-driven living.

Depending on a client’s goals, Kassandra may incorporate elements of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, and mindfulness-based approaches. Her work balances insight-oriented exploration with skill-building to support lasting, sustainable change.

Kassandra deeply values authenticity and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. She believes meaningful growth happens when clients feel respected and free to show up as they are. Her aim is to provide a steady and reliable presence where curiosity, vulnerability, and growth can unfold at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.

Kassandra is bilingual and offers therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural and comfortable.
