Savannah Thomas is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel meaningful and manageable. Whether a child is struggling with school or family dynamics, a teen is working through identity or emotional regulation, or an adult is experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, or life transitions, Savannah provides a welcoming and judgment-free space for healing.
With experience building meaningful therapeutic relationships across age groups, Savannah prioritizes creating an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. Her background as a school counselor informs her holistic approach, allowing her to consider each client within the broader contexts of family, education, community, and identity. She has extensive experience working with diverse communities and is especially passionate about supporting individuals within the BIPOC community, honoring the cultural, relational, and systemic contexts that shape each person’s experience.
Savannah integrates mindfulness, strength-based, and somatic therapy approaches to help adult clients navigate life in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Her work focuses on highlighting and cultivating each client’s inherent strengths while developing practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience.
With children and adolescents (ages 5–18), she incorporates elements of Client-Centered Play Therapy and Art Therapy to support emotional expression, skill-building, and creative processing. Her approach encourages personal agency and helps younger clients build confidence in their ability to understand and manage their experiences.
