Dani Schwarz

Dani is excited to join the team as the Operations Manager here at Root & Rise Collective, where her focus is on maintaining the general systems, coordination, and operations necessary for supporting both clinicians and clients. She strives to make the daily workflows seamless and stress-free so that clinicians can focus on what matters most: meaningful therapeutic work. Having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, Dani looks forward to stepping into the world of counseling work from an operations lens. She is also eager to explore the possibilities this role offers, build relationships, and develop a people-centered process that keeps her community feeling supported. She believes that sustainable clinical relationships start with efficient systems, nurturing communication, and a passion for creating caring, inclusive spaces built on a strong foundation.

Outside of her work at Root & Rise, Dani is a devoted filmmaker and actor, and is enthusiastic about bringing the systems of clinical mental health counseling into performance spaces to support safe, creative art and collaboration. She enjoys reading, baking for her loved ones, and taking every opportunity to explore the beautiful outdoor spaces of Colorado. She looks forward to taking advantage of all growth and development opportunities her role here may offer.
