Sadie Lewis, LMT, MA, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who brings a unique background in both bodywork and psychotherapy to her work with clients. Before becoming a counselor, Sadie worked as a licensed massage therapist, an experience that deeply shaped her understanding of how the nervous system and the body hold stress, trauma, and resilience. This perspective continues to influence her therapeutic approach, where nervous system regulation and somatic interventions are woven into the framework of traditional talk therapy.
Sadie views therapy as a collaborative and relational process. She believes the therapeutic relationship provides a safe and supportive place to practice new ways of being—with oneself and with others—that foster a sense of embodiment, empowerment, and connection. Clients working with Sadie can expect warmth, curiosity, and compassion, as well as the space to explore what feels authentic and sustainable in their lives.
Sadie specializes in identity exploration and supporting clients through significant life transitions, such as breakups, loss, health changes, and other shifts that can leave people feeling disoriented or disconnected. She has a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the process of rediscovering themselves and finding stability in the midst of change. In addition, she works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, gender identity exploration, and neurodivergence.
Sadie is passionate about supporting diverse communities, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ clients, BIPOC clients, neurodiverse individuals, college students, and couples. She believes that therapy should honor the richness of each person’s identity and lived experience, and she brings this inclusive lens to her work.
Outside of therapy, Sadie enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, making art, playing music, reading, and practicing martial arts.
