The Root & Rise Fellowship is a post-grad training and mentorship program for emerging therapists in Colorado who are looking to complete supervision hours for LPC or LCSW licensure and build the confidence to launch into a career with impact.

As a Root & Rise Fellow, you’ll receive everything you need to grow into a confident, competent, and fully licensed clinician in Colorado. Your time here is structured to count toward all required supervision hours for LPC licensure, while also supporting you in navigating every step of the licensing process — from paperwork to professional development.
Fellows also receive access to state and national conferences, EMDR training opportunities, and ongoing continuing education focused on trauma-informed care, somatic work, and other integrative approaches. This is more than a job — it’s a comprehensive launchpad into the clinician you’re meant to become.
