Therapist Focused on Anxiety, Identity, and Neurodiversity

Jordan Yonce, MS, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who creates a warm, supportive space where clients of all ages can feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. She believes that healing begins in relationship—through connection, authenticity, and the experience of being deeply heard. With a calm and grounded presence, she meets each client where they are, helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Jordan specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, autism, and life transitions. She is passionate about supporting clients as they build self-awareness, develop emotional regulation skills, and strengthen their capacity for resilience and self-compassion. She also has a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals, college students, and young adults who may be exploring identity and belonging during times of change.

Her therapeutic style blends evidence-based and relational approaches, drawing from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and strengths-based, trauma-informed care. This integrative framework allows her to adapt to each client’s individual needs—combining practical tools for coping and regulation with deeper exploration of patterns, emotions, and inner parts.

At the heart of her work, Jordan believes in the transformative power of being seen and supported without judgment. She strives to help each client develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and to build meaningful, sustainable emotional well-being.

Outside of therapy, Jordan enjoys spending time with her Aussiedoodle, Willow, getting lost in a good book, and connecting with her family.
