As a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with Root & Rise Collective, Eva works with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking deeper connection, healing, and understanding, often during seasons of transition, relational strain, or emotional overwhelm.
Eva’s approach to therapy is rooted in attachment and polyvagal theory, with a strong emphasis on somatic awareness and relational healing. She draws from Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), PACT, and collaborative approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.
Eva does not believe therapy is one-size-fits-all; instead, she applies a systemic and integrative lens to support clients navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and the wide spectrum of mental health experiences. Together, therapy focuses on gently building awareness, safety, and meaning at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.
Eva offers therapy at a reduced intern rate and accepts private pay options. Insurance availability may vary. Our team is happy to help explore options.
